Catherine Seevers
Catherine Seevers
Physical Therapy Assistant
I was born and raised in Georgia and graduated from the Medical College of Georgia (now Augusta University). I started in physical therapy as a candy striper (remember those?) when I was 13 years old and I have worked in physical therapy in some role ever since.
I have worked in a variety of settings including acute care, long term care, inpatient rehab, assisted living, and home health care.
My Christian faith shapes my day-to-day though never perfectly. I try to follow the command to love your neighbor as yourself.
“Everybody loves Dixie!”
I provide off-site visits in patients’ homes as well as seeing patients in an adult day center.
I always love a challenge. Grumpy, old men are my favorite.
The work culture here is truly patient-centered.
